SoLoFileConverter is an application operated by SoLoVision LLC ("SoLoVision", "we", "us"). By accessing or using SoLoFileConverter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SoLoFileConverter for personal and commercial file transformation purposes in accordance with these Terms. You retain full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to all files you convert.

Because SoLoFileConverter executes locally in your browser sandbox, you are solely responsible for the legality and content of the files you process. You agree not to use the Service:

• To circumvent intellectual property rights or digital rights management protections in violation of applicable law.

SoLoVision does not warrant that file conversions will be 100% error-free, lossless, or compatible with all downstream software packages. Always maintain original backups of important files.
